IDataRiver provide a trading place for merchants and users, and does not directly participate in the commodity business. Therefore, please contact the merchant directly for any commodity problems. If you cannot contact the merchant, please contact the platform customer service within 24 hours.

Query order

You need to return to the order page to obtain the product you purchased. If you are an unregistered user, please use the contact information you left when placing the order Search Order

Contact the merchant

Be sure to contact the merchant before placing an order, and consult clearly before purchasing to avoid losses.

If you have any questions about the purchased goods, please contact the merchant directly to communicate and deal with it. You can get the merchant's contact information on the product/order page.

**If you cannot contact the merchant within 12 hours, or the product dispute cannot be resolved, please contact platform customer service within 24 hours. It may not be effectively handled after the time is exceeded. **

How to join a Telegram paid group

Please return to the order page to get the product first. If the product is a link, you can directly open the link in Telegram to join the group.

If the product content starts with TelegramMembership, please send it to Telegram Bot to redeem the group link.

Order cannot be paid

After the payment is completed, please wait patiently for a few minutes. If the order is always shown as unpaid, please send the payment screenshot and order link to the platform customer service for manual verification.

Data retention rules

Order data is only retained for 30 days, and it will be automatically deleted permanently after the time is exceeded.

Refund principle

Due to the special nature of digital products, refunds are not supported in principle once sold. In special circumstances, if the merchant does not ship and cannot be contacted, please be sure to contact the platform customer service within 24 hours to intervene.

Manual customer service

Due to time zone issues, manual customer service may not respond promptly, but generally will respond within 8 hours.
