Fees Standards

This document details all the fees associated with our platform. Please read carefully before joining as a merchant.

The platform integrates several third-party payment gateways to assist merchants with payment collection. However, due to varying restrictions and fees from different payment gateways, we categorize merchants based on their business types to match them with the appropriate payment gateway and fee structure.

To check if your business complies with our platform's regulations, please read the Restricted Businesses List.

Types of Fees

The transaction fee consists of the following two parts:

  • Platform Service Fee
  • Upstream Payment Gateway Fee

Platform Service Fee

This fee is borne by the merchant. The standards are as follows:

Buyer Payment Exchange Rate

The platform uses USD as the base currency and currently does not support other currency types. If the buyer pays in a non-USD currency, it will be converted according to the international exchange rate.

Withdrawals

The merchant's income is also in USD. Therefore, when withdrawing in USDT, the withdrawal will be processed at a 1:1 exchange rate.

Gas Fee

Cryptocurrency withdrawals will incur a gas fee, which is an inherent cost of blockchain cryptocurrency transactions.

The gas fee varies depending on the blockchain used for the withdrawal. Please refer to the console for specific amounts.
