Withdrawal

In order to ensure the transaction security between merchants and users, the platform will control withdrawals through the method of risk control model + manual review.

In principle, as long as the merchant's behavior and business model are normal, they will get a better withdrawal experience.

Terminology introduction

Merchant Balance

After a transaction/order is completed, it will be automatically added to the merchant's balance.

Available Merchant Balance

Unlike merchant balance, the new transaction/order amount will not be immediately added to the available balance.

available balance will be updated in near real time. (Note that it is not updated in real time. The current update interval is the shortest 1 hour and the longest 1 day)

How long does it take for the income to be withdrawn

After a new order is completed, it needs to be frozen for a period of time before it can be converted into Available Balance

Normally, the merchant's Available Balance can be quickly credited after applying for withdrawal.

Revenue Penalties

We will fine merchants in certain situations. Please do not cross the platform's red lines.

This primarily includes the following scenarios:

  1. False pretenses, high-risk activities outside of the merchant's business scope, or direct account freeze with no withdrawals.

  2. If a merchant's order complaint refund rate in the past 30 days exceeds five times the platform's average (the platform's average complaint refund rate is 3/1000), a penalty of 1 times the merchant's order value will be deducted in severe cases.

  3. Failure to provide contact information (Telegram is required for direct contact), preventing the merchant from handling user complaints, will result in a penalty of 1-3 times the order value.

Reasons for withdrawal application failure

In the following scenarios, your withdrawal application may be suspended and must be resolved before it can continue.

Please make corresponding modifications after self-checking and then withdraw again.

The withdrawal network or wallet address is incorrect

The platform will conduct a legality check on your withdrawal network and wallet address. If an abnormality is found, the withdrawal will be suspended to avoid merchant losses.

No valid contact information is provided for consumers

The platform will regularly check the validity of the contact information provided by the merchant, and the merchant needs to provide at least one valid contact information.

Unclear product information

The platform will regularly review the merchant's product information to ensure that the product information is clear.

Do not upload pictures of violence, sexual nudity, terrorism, etc. as cover pictures.

User complaints

Please guide the order after-sales to the merchant. Once the user complains to the payment gateway or platform customer service, it may affect your withdrawal.

System risk control judgment

The platform will use the risk control model to judge the risk of each withdrawal. If the risk is determined to be high, the arrival time will be delayed by several days.

In addition to the above clear scenarios, there are other risk control rules that are confidential. If the merchant cannot solve it through self-examination, please contact the platform administrator for processing.
