Restricted Businesses List

Merchants are requested to read this list carefully before joining the platform and ensure that the projects/products they are listing do not belong to any of the businesses listed in this list.

We do not accept merchants from the following businesses:

• Government-related businesses, including services provided by government departments, industry associations, and overseas institutions; organizations and individuals involved in illegal financial transactions with government officials, public figures, lobbyists, or intermediaries in money and power exchanges.

• Fraudulent businesses, including but not limited to fake investment schemes, counterfeit currencies, romance scams, pyramid schemes, and any organization or individual that deceives users to obtain funds.

• Any business providing material sales or financial support to sanctioned regions, entities, and individuals. Sanctioned regions include Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. Sanctioned entities and individuals include those listed by the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, or United Nations, or those otherwise restricted, including those on the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions list or the U.S. Department of Commerce's denied persons or entity list.

• Illegal drug sales, including but not limited to prescription drugs, psychoactive substances, sex enhancement drugs, cannabis, various toxic substances, and drugs explicitly banned by national laws.

• Religious, political parties, cults, mafia organizations, and extremist groups. We do not provide services to any legal or illegal political, military, religious, or violent groups.

• Virtual currency mining, ICOs, and NFT sales, as well as DeFi and GameFi businesses involving cryptocurrencies.

• Unfair, coercive, or deceptive sales practices that may result in financial or health losses for users, such as pyramid schemes, health supplements, traditional medicine, high-interest loans, counterfeit goods, and telemarketing.

• Sales of weapons, firearms, explosives, radioactive materials, and toxic hazardous chemicals.

• Computer viruses, hacking attacks, and data ransom businesses.

• Any business the platform operator believes could harm others, damage the environment, or engage in malicious or offensive marketing practices.

Do not attempt to deceive us with false information. We will conduct random checks on the merchants' listed products or actual businesses during operations.

If we discover that a merchant is involved in any restricted industry, we will immediately freeze the account and blacklist the merchant without accepting any appeals.
