Merchant Guarantee

In order to ensure a relatively fair trading environment, we use guarantee as a supplementary measure for capital risk control.

Guarantee is not a mandatory measure, merchants can choose not to pay, but merchants who pay guarantee will get more rights and interests protection.

Order Profit Settlement

If no guarantee is paid, the settlement cycle for each order profit is T+7

If a guarantee is paid, a certain amount of quick settlement (T+2) will be enjoyed every day

Quick Settlement Quota = Guarantee * Guarantee Multiple

Guarantee Multiple

For merchants with historical profits higher than 30,000 USD, the multiple is 10

For merchants with historical profits higher than 5,000 USD, the multiple is 5

For merchants with historical profits higher than 1,000 USD, the multiple is 3

For merchants with historical profits less than 1,000 USD, the multiple is 1

Note

Guarantee Multiple will be adjusted dynamically according to the merchant's historical revenue, and will not remain unchanged. Therefore, merchants with longer operations will receive higher multiples.

T+2 Settlement

For all orders within the Quick Settlement Quota range every day, the settlement cycle will be T+2

The calculation is reset every 24 hours.

T+7 Settlement

For all orders outside the Quick Settlement Quota range every day, the settlement cycle will be T+7

The calculation will be reset every 24 hours.

Display to consumers

The merchant guarantee amount will be displayed on the product and order pages.

FAQ

Is there any limit on the amount of the guarantee?

There is no minimum limit on the guarantee, but it must be an integer greater than 0, in US dollars.

How to deduct the merchant guarantee?

Merchants do not need to actively recharge the guarantee, and the guarantee will be auto frozen from the merchant's income first.

If the merchant's income is not enough to deduct the guarantee, it can be in a deficit state, and it will be frozen first when there is order income in the future.

How to modify the guarantee?

You can modify the guarantee in Merchant Settings.

If the guarantee is increased, it will take effect immediately.

If the guarantee is reduced, the new order settlement cycle will take effect immediately, and the released guarantee amount will be returned to you after 7 days.

Can the guarantee be returned?

Yes, lowering or adjusting the guarantee to 0 will release the corresponding guarantee, and each modification will take effect 7 days after completion.

How to determine whether an order is within the Quick Settlement Quota?

If the price of the order + total price of orders completed on the day <= Quick Settlement Quota.

Then the order is within the Quick Settlement Quota, and vice versa.

Make things simple and timeproof.
